• Minimum 5 years of experience managing complex multi-branch network infrastructure (LAN, WAN, DataCenter)
• Strong knowledge of Windows Server family and Active Directory services including GPO
• Knowledge of Microsoft M365/O365 services
• Strong knowledge of Linux systems in the RHEL family
• Practical knowledge of fundamental services and protocols such as DNS, DHCP, HTTPS
• Understanding of network protocols and standards including TCP/IP, VLAN, VPN, SSL
• Ability to configure and administer network and antivirus firewalls
• Capability to design, implement, and maintain network security, authentication, and access control procedures
• Good knowledge of VPN solutions (S2S, C2S)
• Excellent understanding of L2 and L3 networks including TCP/IP, routers, and firewalls

Nice to have:

• Knowledge of ESET security solutions
• Familiarity with MDM solutions
• Knowledge of pull printing solutions
• Experience with VMware, Unify, SIP, Acronis, Mikrotik

• Administering the Windows Server environment (2012 R2, 2019, 2022) and Active Directory domain
• Managing Microsoft M365/O365 services
• Administering LINUX RHEL (AlmaLinux) family systems
• Administering and ensuring operation of LAN/WAN networks
• Administering Microsoft SQL Server and PostgreSQL databases
• Monitoring network infrastructure to detect and resolve issues using tools such as Zabbix
• Monitoring and responding to security incidents (external attacks, malware, data leaks)
• Administering VirtualDataCenter environments from external vendors and own VMware cluster
• Performing backup and data restoration using solutions like Veeam
• Providing technical support to users for network and IT services
• Implementing security policies and complying with data protection standards and regulations
