Senior ABAP Developer z j. angielskim - Forecasting & Replenishment (B2B) ​

dmTECH is a company with over 1,400 experts in various technological areas, creating, maintaining, and developing retailTECH solutions for the dm group, one of the largest European drugstore chains operating in Germany, Austria and Poland. They develop tools for demand forecasting and supply chain management, integrating SAP Retail solutions with advanced technological stacks to support highly automated stock replenishment planning.

• Fluent in English and Polish (minimum C1 level)
• Many years of professional experience in ABAP development, preferably in SAP MM/Retail environments
• Proven expertise in modern, object-oriented ABAP with high standards for architecture, coding standards, stability, and performance
• Experience or knowledge of ABAP Cloud Development Model and Clean-Core principles
• Practical knowledge of automated testing and experience with Clean Code practices
• Openness to new solutions, strong communication, and team support skills
• Completed studies in computer science, business informatics, or related technology fields

Nice to have:

• Knowledge of German language
• Experience modernizing or migrating legacy code toward S/4HANA and Cloud-Readiness
• Basic understanding of business processes in trade or supply chain, especially in forecasting and replenishment

• Provide technology consulting and take ownership of SAP Retail (S/4HANA) architecture, coding standards, maintainability, stability, and performance
• Collaborate closely with consultants to translate business conceptual and technical requirements into production-ready code
• Continual development of logistics technology solutions according to Clean-Core guidelines based on the ABAP Cloud Development Model
• Ensure technical quality through automated testing
• Maintain, refactor, and gradually modernize the existing codebase
