• Fluent in Polish and English (minimum C1 level)
• Degree in IT or related fields (e.g., computer science, business informatics)
• Practical experience in test automation using Python and/or C#
• Documented experience with UI automation tools such as Playwright, Selenium, or Cypress
• Knowledge and practical skills in applying AI/ML in testing processes
• Solid understanding of QA principles and test automation
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities
• Initiative to actively shape IT processes
• Practical experience with AI-Coding and Agents

Nice to have:

• Commercial experience with AI/ML tools like Claude Code or ChatGPT, supported by concrete implementations or project achievements
• Experience analyzing business requirements in test automation context
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP)
• Knowledge of German language

• Design, develop, and maintain test automation frameworks in Python, C#, and Java
• Create and extend automated tests for web applications, APIs, SAP and non-SAP environments
• Implement end-to-end browser automation using tools like Playwright, Selenium, or equivalents
• Design and develop automated tests for REST and SOAP services, including data structure verification, contract compliance, authentication mechanisms, and error handling
• Improve and optimize QA processes leveraging AI tools
• Explore and implement AI/ML-based innovations into test automation
• Integrate AI capabilities with test automation workflows
• Test and verify functionalities delivered by the project team
• Integrate test automation with DevOps processes to ensure quality and accelerate deployment
