No-Code Business Analyst

• Proven experience in business analysis and research, including market and competitor analysis.
• Knowledge of database management and key principles of T-SQL, including complex queries and indexing.
• Solid understanding of BPMN notation principles and business process modeling.
• Experience working in software development teams or as a business analyst for IT projects.
• Hands-on experience configuring information systems through UI-based tools.
• Strong general understanding of technology concepts, data structures, and integration methods.
• Ability to quickly learn new UI tools and technologies.
• Proficiency in English for conducting interviews and international collaboration.

Nice to have:

• Experience with CRM, BPM, or no-code platform/systems.
• Coding skills to communicate technical concepts.
• Experience with Figma or similar for UI prototyping.

• Conduct business analysis and research tasks, including market research, competitor analysis, and gathering business requirements.
• Create application UIs using no-code designer tools with drag-and-drop interfaces.
• Develop server logic automation using no-code business process tools tailored to BPMN notation.
• Design and configure web services for system integration using RESTful APIs, SOAP interfaces, and webhook services with proper security.
• Design database structures using the Creatio Objects designer, defining tables, relationships, and data fields.
• Decompose user stories into executable tasks for no-code development.
• Conduct interviews with end users and solution consultants to gather customer feedback and product requirements.
• Collaborate with Quality Assurance Engineers to ensure manual and automated testing of solutions.
• Utilize Git/SVN for version control and collaboration of application changes.
