NIS2 Consultant

Devire Outsourcing IT provides B2B cooperation for IT specialists, implementing projects for clients with innovative, large-scale manufacturing operations in Poland and abroad.

• 4-5 years of experience in cybersecurity, GRC, IT risk, or compliance.
• Practical knowledge of NIS2, ISO 27001, and NIST CSF.
• Experience in Cybersecurity Risk Management, Incident Management, IAM, Vulnerability Management, BC/DR, and Third Party Risk.
• Knowledge of SOC/CSIRT, SIEM, EDR/XDR, and network security.
• Experience in IT/OT environments; knowledge of ICS/SCADA and Nozomi is an asset.
• Familiarity with ServiceNow, Qualys, or Power BI is a plus.
• Experience with security audits and working with auditors.
• Good command of English.

• Coordinate NIS2 implementation and oversee organizational compliance.
• Create and maintain cybersecurity policies, standards, and procedures.
• Manage cyber risk, risk analysis, and mitigation plans.
• Oversee Incident Management, Vulnerability Management, and Patch Management.
• Collaborate with SOC, CSIRT, IT and OT teams, and security vendors.
• Develop BC/DR and Crisis Management processes.
• Supervise IAM, MFA, access control, and vendor security.
• Coordinate audits and prepare for regulatory inspections.
• Report to management and conduct security awareness activities.
