IT Recruiter

Tenarai is recruiting an IT Recruiter / Talent Acquisition Specialist to manage full recruitment lifecycles and support employer branding initiatives.

• Minimum 3 years of experience in IT recruitment (consulting or outsourcing agency experience is a plus).
• Excellent verbal and written English skills (minimum B2 level).
• Strong understanding of the IT market and managing full-lifecycle hiring.
• Ability to advise clients and act as a strategic recruitment partner at all organizational levels.
• Comfortable working in a dynamic, fast-paced, process-driven environment.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail.
• Ability to handle sensitive business and personal data with discretion.

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from market research and sourcing to candidate selection and onboarding.
• Collaborate with Account Managers, Team Leaders, client stakeholders, and external vendors; participate in client business meetings.
• Independently lead recruitment projects, gathering and defining hiring requirements.
• Build long-term relationships with candidates, ensuring a positive candidate journey.
• Manage multiple hiring projects while maintaining high standards and meeting deadlines.
• Support Talent Acquisition initiatives, continuous process improvements, and employer branding activities.
