Solution Architect (K/M)

Neontri is a company with over 120 employees specializing in two areas: developing systems for clients mainly in finance, banking, fin-tech, and e-commerce sectors, and supporting clients in recruiting specialists through body leasing. They have extensive experience delivering large, complex projects used by millions daily and operate mostly long-term and remotely with occasional in-person meetings in Warsaw.

• Experience in IT consulting
• Good understanding of backend system architecture and software development processes
• Knowledge of modern backend technologies, APIs, system integrations, databases, and cloud environments
• Ability to comfortably navigate technical topics
• Willingness to collaborate directly with clients, including conducting meetings and workshops
• Skill in translating business needs into technological solutions
• Experience in project management/delivery and coordinating technical teams
• Very good communication and presentation skills
• English language proficiency allowing fluent communication with clients

• Building and maintaining relationships with clients and conducting discussions about their business and technological needs

Recruitment process:

• Conduct a short (around 20 minutes) phone interview with HR
• Participate in an online technical talk (around 1 hour) with technical questions and experience discussion

Working mode primarily remote with occasional trips to Warsaw; cooperation model: contract with Neontri
