At Coveron, part of Nord Security, a product team developing a complete identity theft protection service combining dark web monitoring, credit tracking, and identity theft insurance into one platform.

• 5+ years of experience in product design, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating successful app design projects.
• Expertise in app design with knowledge of best practices for iOS, Android, and web.
• Excellent leadership abilities to inspire and motivate teams.
• Exceptional communication and collaboration skills bridging design and development.

• Lead and mentor a team of Product Designers fostering a collaborative and creative work environment.
• Act as a hands-on designer, creating wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs.
• Collaborate closely with Product and Engineering teams to drive design initiatives.
• Drive design strategy and vision aligning with business objectives and brand guidelines.
• Oversee end-to-end design process ensuring user-centric and cross-platform experience.
• Conduct regular design reviews and provide constructive feedback.
• Stay updated on industry trends and design best practices.
• Work closely with stakeholders to understand business goals and user needs.
• Combine people management and leadership skills with strong design background to foster team culture.
