Competitive Programming Expert - Freelance AI Trainer

• Strong competitive programming background demonstrated by public profile, Codeforces rating, or IOI/ICPC/national olympiad record.
• Fluent contest C++ skills (STL, complexity) and comfortable writing Python.
• Ability to explain why a solution is wrong and build inputs that break it.
• Strong written English proficiency (C1+).

Nice to have:

• IOI/ICPC alumni and top competitive programmers encouraged to apply.
• Experience setting or testing problems for contests like Codeforces rounds, ICPC, national olympiads, or online judges.
• Experience with testlib (checkers, validators, generators).
• Experience creating data for LLM code benchmarks or RL/evaluation datasets.

• Write original algorithmic problems with clear statements and sound constraints.
• Write correct solutions in C++ and Python.
• Write realistic wrong solutions representing common mistakes.
• Build and harden test cases, including generators, edge cases, stress tests, and hacking tests.
• Write checkers and interactors using testlib for problems with multiple valid answers.
• Confirm quality by ensuring correct solutions pass and wrong ones fail within time limits.

Participation is project-based, not permanent employment. Tasks require around 10-20 hours per week during active phases. Tasks must meet acceptance criteria and be submitted by deadlines to be accepted.
