Lab & Testing Support (Telco/Network) - Working Student (Wroclaw)

Our team, Central Lab Infrastructure, manages end-to-end labs used for 5G telecommunication testing globally across Nokia. The labs include 5G technology-related equipment both in cloud and bare metal. We provide e2e labs for various Nokia development teams for integration and verification testing with 24/7 support. The global team operates across Finland, USA, Poland, India, and China.

• Active student's status
• Good communication in English (both written and spoken)
• Willingness to work from the Wroclaw office
• Good knowledge of Linux and Bash
• Knowledge in IP networks, CCNA certification is an advantage
• Basic knowledge of mobile telecommunications, particularly 4G and 5G
• Good communication skills and ability to maintain high standards in challenging situations
• Motivation to expand knowledge

Nice to have:

• SEP certificate category E1 is an advantage

• Taking care of technical and engineering issues inside the laboratory
• Boost telecommunication competencies in 5G and its evolutions
• Contribute to technical deep dives from configuration and performance aspects of new functionalities
• Maintain end-to-end test lab with the most recent software versions and required configurations
• Build networking by contributing to projects improving worldwide customer experience
• Work with a rich in-house telco tooling ecosystem
• Investigate problems and perform root cause analysis
