Senior E2E Process Architect (m/f/n)

Our client is building and strengthening its Process & Information Architecture Excellence function, focused on driving standardization, industrialization, and continuous improvement of end-to-end business processes across global business areas and functions. This role is part of a strategic transformation initiative with a long-term roadmap and strong stakeholder exposure across the organization.

• Master's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Process Excellence, Process Architecture, or Business Transformation roles.
• Experience with business processes such as O2C (Order-to-Cash), P2P (Procure-to-Pay), and S2P (Source-to-Pay).
• Strong understanding of Shared Services and Business Hub environments.
• Experience operating in matrix and cross-functional organizations.
• Strong stakeholder management skills, including collaboration with senior leadership.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Data-driven mindset with a focus on measurable value creation and business outcomes.
• English language proficiency at B2/C1 minimum level.

• Ensure process designs provide clear and actionable inputs for solution design activities.
• Translate business needs into process requirements and functional capabilities.
• Identify, prioritize, and drive process improvement opportunities linked to measurable value creation, including efficiency improvements, process quality, working capital optimization, employee and customer experience enhancement.
• Collaborate closely with Solution Architects and IT stakeholders to ensure scalable and sustainable process solutions.
• Engage with key stakeholders including Director, Process & Information Architecture Excellence Transformation & Value Assurance Team, Business Area and Global Function Process Owners, E2E Solution Architects, Finance, Sourcing & Procurement, Supply Chain, Marketing, Customer Operations, Master Data Hub, Data & Process Intelligence Teams, and IT Organization.
• Report to the Director, Process & Information Architecture Excellence.
