Devops Engineer

TSS operates in Software Development, FinTech, and AI, delivering advanced systems and innovative solutions for public and commercial sectors with thousands of users.

• Minimum 2 years of professional experience as a DevOps or related role.
• Practical knowledge of Docker and Kubernetes with experience managing containerized environments.
• Experience with managing and automating cloud environments, particularly AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Practical knowledge of CI/CD tools and processes such as Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD, or Azure DevOps.
• Knowledge of Infrastructure as Code tools like Terraform, Ansible, Chef, or Puppet.
• Experience monitoring applications and infrastructure using Prometheus, Grafana, ELK Stack, or similar.
• Ability to create automation scripts using Bash, Python, or PowerShell.
• Practical knowledge of Linux systems and basic computer networking concepts.
• Understanding of security principles in DevOps and cloud environments.
• Familiarity with project management tools like Jira and Confluence.
• Experience collaborating with development, testing, and infrastructure teams.
• Analytical skills, communication, independence, good organization, and teamwork abilities.
• Openness to learning and new technology acquisition.
• Fluent Polish and English sufficient to work independently with technical documentation.

Nice to have:

• Experience with infrastructure and deployment automation solutions.
• Knowledge of monitoring, logging, and observability tools.
• Familiarity with high availability, scalability, and disaster recovery concepts.
• Experience implementing security mechanisms in CI/CD pipelines.

• Project and maintain infrastructure with Infrastructure as Code (IaC).
• Automate deployment, configuration, and IT environment management.
• Develop, optimize, and maintain CI/CD pipelines.
• Manage containers and Kubernetes environments in testing and production.
• Administer and optimize cloud and local infrastructure.
• Monitor applications, infrastructure, and system processes for high availability and performance.
• Analyze technical issues, diagnose failures, and restore system functionality.
