Technical Lead (.Net)

• Bachelor's degree in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics, or demonstrated equivalent expertise.
• Minimum 6 years of software development experience.
• At least 2 years in a technical leadership role.
• Experience in web or mobile application development, project delivery, solution design, architecture patterns, and application performance.
• Proficient in software development with .NET, C#, SQL, REST, SOAP, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Ability to execute technical projects at a global scale across multiple teams and timezones with a strategic mindset.
• Strong customer orientation and excellent interpersonal skills.
• Experience and certifications in OutSystems projects.
• Experience working within and leading Software Development Lifecycles and methodologies including agile, scrum, iterative, and waterfall.

• Own the project execution, driving the functional and technical vision from ideation to production.
• Design, size, and build innovative and enterprise scalable solution architectures based on business needs.
• Participate hands-on in development activities and ensure the overall technical quality of the solution.
• Mentor the team of OutSystems, customer, and partner resources on architecture and development best practices.
• Influence the solution direction based on expertise in OutSystems and other technologies.
• Align with the customer to resolve impediments and dependencies.
• Collaborate with Engagement Managers, Solution Delivery Managers, and customer organizations to understand business requirements and strategic vision.
• Contribute to growing the technical ability of professional services team through documentation, sample applications, blog posts, and speaker events.
