AI Tech Lead

• 8+ years experience in IT including minimum 3 years as Tech Lead / Architect
• Experience designing and building AI/GenAI platforms for large organizations
• Expert knowledge of Microsoft Azure
• Strong knowledge of Azure AI Foundry, Azure AI Search, and AKS
• Experience with Azure AI Foundry Agent Service, Azure Machine Learning, and Azure API Management
• Expert knowledge of Terraform / Infrastructure as Code
• Practical experience with LLM, RAG, and GenAI solutions
• Ability to define architecture, DevOps, MLOps, security, and observability standards
• Experience mentoring and conducting technical and architectural negotiations
• English communication skills at minimum B2 level

Nice to have:

• Experience with Google Vertex AI, AWS Bedrock, Microsoft Copilot Studio, MCP, Azure Content Safety
• Knowledge of AI Governance, DORA, RODO, AI Act
• Experience in financial/banking/insurance sectors

• Lead the technical development of the AI Platform
• Design and develop GenAI, LLM, RAG, and Agentic AI solutions
• Define technological and architectural standards
• Conduct architectural reviews
• Develop DevOps, MLOps, Observability, and FinOps practices
• Support and mentor engineering teams
• Collaborate with Cloud, Cybersecurity, Governance, Integration, and Architecture teams
• Support transformation of solutions from PoC to production environments
