AI Tech Lead

IT Factory is a dynamic company with experience in development, implementation, and support of IT solutions for a major Polish company in the insurance industry.

MUST HAVE:

• Minimum 8 years of IT experience
• Minimum 3 years as Tech Lead, Architect, or Technical Leader
• Experience designing AI platforms for large organizations
• Expert knowledge of Microsoft Azure
• Experience designing and building AI and GenAI platforms
• Very good knowledge of Azure AI Foundry, Azure AI Foundry Agent Service, Azure AI Search, Azure Machine Learning, Azure API Management
• Expert knowledge of Terraform and Infrastructure as Code
• Experience building platform standards, DevOps and MLOps processes
• Very good knowledge of Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS) and container environments
• Experience defining security, Observability, Governance, and FinOps standards
• Experience conducting architectural reviews and cross-team agreements
• Experience building solutions using LLM, RAG, and AI agents
• Communicative English in speaking and writing
• Service delivery from Poland
• Willingness to work hybrid (minimum 1 day per week in Warsaw office)

NICE TO HAVE:

• Experience with Google Vertex AI
• Experience with AWS Bedrock
• Experience with Microsoft Copilot Studio
• Experience with Agentic AI
• Knowledge of Model Context Protocol (MCP)
• Experience with Azure Content Safety
• Knowledge of AI Governance
• Understanding of DORA, RODO, AI Act regulations
• Experience in financial, banking, or insurance sectors
• Certifications: Azure Solutions Architect Expert, Azure AI Engineer Associate, Certified Kubernetes Administrator (CKA)

• Technically lead development of the AI Platform
• Collaborate with the Product Owner and AI Platform Architect
• Define technological, architectural, and operational standards
• Support and mentor the AI Platform engineering team
• Conduct technical agreements and architectural reviews
• Design and develop GenAI, RAG, and Agentic AI solutions
• Build practices for DevOps, MLOps, Observability, and FinOps
• Support initiatives transitioning from PoC to production environments
• Collaborate with Cloud, Cybersecurity, Governance, Integration, and Architecture teams
