GWT / Java Backend Developer

• Minimum 3 years of professional experience as a Developer.
• Very good knowledge of programming in Java 8 or newer.
• Practical experience with the GWT (Google Web Toolkit) / Smart GWT (version 9.0) framework (mandatory).
• Good knowledge of relational databases, preferably PostgreSQL, Oracle, including database design, SQL queries, indexing, and transactions.
• Experience with the Thymelaf framework.
• Knowledge of JPA / Hibernate.
• Familiarity with build tools: Maven or Gradle.
• Knowledge of application servers such as Wildfly, Tomcat.
• Practical experience with containerization using Docker.
• Knowledge of version control system Git.
• Knowledge of Linux.
• Higher education in IT-related field.
• English language proficiency sufficient to read technical documentation.

• Develop new software for projects undertaken by the company.
• Maintain existing applications.
• Collaborate with analytical, frontend, QA, and DevOps teams.
• Maintain high code quality through unit tests and code reviews.
• Design architecture for application solutions.
• Create technical documentation.
