Specjalista ds. Monitoringu Systemów Linux

Antal is a leading recruitment and HR advisory company, present in Poland since 1996 and later expanded to the Czech Republic and Hungary, employing around 150 professionals across CEE region. The company provides specialist and executive recruitment, employee outsourcing, HR consulting, employer branding, and market research services.

• Minimum one year of experience in monitoring, NOC, system maintenance, or IT support.
• Practical knowledge of Linux system analysis, log analysis, process monitoring, and problem diagnosis.
• Experience with monitoring tools such as Splunk, Grafana, Zabbix, or similar.
• Understanding of basic computer networks (TCP/IP, HTTP/HTTPS, DNS).
• Ability to analyze problems based on logs and metrics.
• Willingness to work in 24/7 shift system.
• Polish language proficiency at minimum C1 level and English at minimum B2 level.

Nice to have:

• Experience with high availability environments and high-load systems.
• Basic scripting knowledge in Bash and Python.
• Knowledge of ITIL framework.
• Experience in the payment, fintech, or transactional systems industry.
• Certifications related to Linux, monitoring, or cloud solutions.

• Monitor Linux systems handling real-time transactions.
• Analyze alerts, logs, and metrics using Splunk, Grafana, and Zabbix.
• Identify and manage incidents according to operational procedures.
• Collaborate with DevOps, infrastructure, and security teams for rapid problem resolution.
• Perform operational administrative tasks in Linux environments.
• Escalate complex incidents and participate in root cause analysis (RCA).
• Create and update technical documentation and runbooks.
• Participate in monitoring development and operational process improvements.
