Senior Python Developer

Svitla Systems Inc. is recruiting for a health insurance company client using advanced technology to serve its members.

• Advanced proficiency in Python for backend development, automation, and data analysis.
• Strong knowledge of SQL, including query optimization, indexing, and data warehousing principles.
• Over 1 year of experience working with React.
• Ability to interpret and enforce healthcare regulations and data privacy rules (e.g., HIPAA).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with experience in technical documentation and collaboration.

• Build, maintain, and optimize Python scripts and backend systems for data processing, automation, and analysis.
• Write, debug, and optimize complex SQL queries, stored procedures, and data pipelines for large healthcare datasets.
• Review and apply healthcare regulations (e.g., HIPAA) to ensure compliance and data integrity.
• Document technical findings, workflows, and process changes thoroughly.
• Communicate effectively with technical and non-technical team members to report insights and align project goals.
• Participate in on-call rotation approximately every 5-6 weeks.
