Senior AI Engineer

• Expertise in production RAG systems
• Knowledge of graph entity and relationship extraction and graph-aware retrieval
• Deep experience with Python, including async and testing
• Experience with GCP Vertex AI, Agent Engine, or equivalent frameworks
• Familiarity with Snowflake Cortex Search and Cortex Analyst
• Competence in retrieval evaluation methods involving LLMs
• Proficiency with Terraform and software development lifecycle (SDLC) practices

• Coordinator hardening, Critic agent, guardrails

• Chunking strategy and the chunk-metadata contract

• Attribute-filter injection that enforces entitlement at retrieval

• Hybrid routing across vector, graph and SQL paths

• Production RAG at scale with an eval harness and regression gating

• Graph RAG: entity and relationship extraction, graph construction, graph-aware retrieval

• Use of Python with async, typing, packaging, test discipline and established experience

• Working with GCP Vertex AI and Agent Engine, ADK or equivalent frameworks with A2A / OpenAPI / MCP experience

• Experience with Snowflake Cortex Search and Cortex Analyst, or demonstrable equivalent

• Retrieval evaluation: golden sets, LLM-as-judge, hallucination rate, attribution

• Terraform and SDLC literacy
