Wymagania
- Several years of hands-on experience delivering end-to-end Power BI solutions in complex business environments.
- Expert knowledge of Power BI, including Power Query, DAX, TMDL format, Field Parameters, and Calculation Groups.
- Strong data modeling skills with dimensional/star schemas and solid SQL experience.
- Proven experience working with Git and CI/CD for BI/reporting solutions.
- Experience collaborating with data engineers and operations/SRE teams on SLAs, monitoring, and validation.
- Strong communication skills for challenging, refining, and documenting business requirements clearly.
- Comfortable working in Agile/Scrum teams.
Nice to have:
- Experience with broader Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate).
- Knowledge of data warehousing, BI architecture, and governance.
- Experience in large, international organizations.
- Relevant Microsoft certifications (PL-300, etc.).
- Data modeling, warehousing, and experience with ETL/ELT data integration tools.
Obowiązki
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to clarify requirements and translate them into report designs, KPIs, and user stories.
- Design and build enterprise-grade Power BI reports and dashboards aligned with internal UX/design standards.
- Define the semantic layer: translate business needs into measures, calculations, and dimensional models, and validate data models.
- Work with data engineers to translate semantic/model requirements into source data structures, pipelines, and transformations.
- Collaborate with Operations to define SLAs, monitoring, and validation points including data quality checks and alerting.
- Develop complex DAX measures, calculation logic, and row-/object-level security to ensure accuracy and performance.
- Optimize dataset and report performance through model design, aggregations, indexing, partitioning, incremental refresh, and query tuning.
- Use Git-based workflows and CI/CD pipelines to version, test, and deploy Power BI assets.
- Contribute to and enforce standards such as modeling conventions, naming, folder structures, documentation, and governance.
- Actively participate as a Scrum team member during refinement, planning, reviews, and retrospectives, supporting rollout and adoption.
