Senior Product Designer (Mobile)

Housecall Pro supports more than 50,000 businesses and has over 2,000 teammates across the globe. The company offers tools for scheduling, dispatching, payments, and business coaching specifically for home services businesses.

• 6+ years of experience in product design, UX/UI design, or a related field.
• Expertise in mobile design patterns, including interactivity, motion, and accessibility.
• Portfolio showcasing design patterns and product architecture contributions.
• Proficiency with modern design and prototyping tools (e.g., Figma, AI prototyping tools).
• Bachelor's degree in design, HCI, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Experience working with and evolving design systems at scale.
• Deep understanding of user-centered design, accessibility, and interaction design best practices.
• Experience collaborating in agile product teams.
• Proven experience enhancing team efficiency using AI tools and automation.
• Fluency in both Polish and English.

• Create mobile-centric product experiences that improve the daily lives of users.
• Advocate for customer needs while balancing business goals.
• Facilitate and participate in user research and testing, using insights to evolve design.
• Shape user experience through user flows, information architecture, sketches, wireframes, visual design, and prototypes.
• Present and communicate design concepts and rationale to team members and stakeholders.
• Innovate and strengthen design principles and repeatable patterns.
• Inspire the team by bringing new ideas and defining next-generation mobile interfaces.
• Provide guidelines and documentation to support product development.
• Drive team efficiency or output quality through the strategic use of AI tools and automation.

This role is open to candidates located in Poland only. Salary will be determined based on non-discriminatory factors such as skills and experience.
