Solution Engineer

• 7+ years of experience in software, solution, or data engineering.
• Strong hands-on experience with AWS core services and architecture.
• Strong hands-on experience with Snowflake including data modelling, optimization, and governance.
• Proficiency in Python and/or Java.
• Experience building production-grade systems in enterprise environments.
• Knowledge of CI/CD, DevOps, Git workflows, and Infrastructure-as-Code.
• Strong understanding of software engineering principles and best practices.
• Experience designing scalable data pipelines and data products.
• Strong communication and stakeholder collaboration skills.
• English language proficiency at Upper-Intermediate level or higher.

Nice to have:

• AWS certifications (Solutions Architect, Data Engineer, ML Engineer).
• Snowflake certifications (SnowPro Core or advanced).
• Experience with AWS AI services such as Amazon Bedrock.
• Experience with RAG, agent-based AI systems, and responsible AI practices.
• Familiarity with AI-assisted development methodologies like prompt engineering and evaluation loops.
• Background in the financial industry.
• Experience with data governance, risk, and regulatory environments.

• Build and develop high-quality data pipelines, data products, and integrations on AWS and Snowflake.
• Support enterprise-wide analytics, AI, and business intelligence initiatives.
• Work end-to-end on architecture, development, deployment, and operations of production-grade systems.
• Collaborate with stakeholders and communicate effectively throughout the project lifecycle.
