The company focuses on creating games prioritizing gameplay quality over monetization.

• Minimum 5 years in the video game industry creating 3D environments and assets.
• Proficient knowledge of the Blender, ZBrush, and Substance Painter software suite.
• Deep technical knowledge of full 3D pipeline (high/low poly modeling, retopology, UV unwrapping, baking) and asset preparation for game engines like Unity and Unreal Engine 5.
• Strong ability to interpret 2D concepts and high independence working from references and mood boards.
• Portfolio demonstrating high-quality environment models with a dark fantasy aesthetic; technical breakdowns are a plus.
• Preference for working onsite in the office.

• Create high-quality 3D models, props, and environment elements aligning with the game's artistic direction.
• Collaborate closely with the Art Director and Concept Artists to interpret and translate 2D concepts to 3D.
• Maintain and adhere to quality standards, technical correctness of files, and the 3D production pipeline within the team.
• Provide substantive and technical support to less experienced artists, including conducting reviews and sharing knowledge.
• Quickly implement corrections and work efficiently with feedback.
