Full Stack Developer (Java and Angular)

XTB is a global company from the financial industry, focusing on online trading of financial instruments. It is the largest FinTech in Poland and a leader in Central and Eastern Europe, with operations across several countries including Asia and South America. The role is within the Customer Care team, which develops AI-based solutions, internal AML and anti-fraud systems, and a central client data repository to improve client service operations.

• Strong experience building Java-based microservices.
• Commercial experience with the Angular framework.
• Solid knowledge of RxJS, TypeScript, HTML5, and CSS3/SCSS.
• Ability to deliver according to requirements and deadlines.
• Ownership, proactivity, and commitment to code quality.
• Effective communication and collaboration skills within experienced teams.

• Design, implement, and evolve Java-based microservices ensuring scalability and performance.
• Develop frontend components using the Angular framework, TypeScript, RxJS, HTML5, and SCSS.
• Translate business analysis into concrete technical solutions meeting requirements and deadlines.
• Take ownership and proactively manage assigned tasks, identify risks, and propose solutions.
• Adhere to high engineering standards, writing clean and testable code aligned with best practices.
• Actively contribute to continuous project improvement and optimization.
• Collaborate effectively with a mature, experienced team to align on goals and decisions.
