Senior Fullstack Software Engineer (Java/React) z j. niemieckim (B2B)

dmTECH is composed of over 1,400 experts from various technological domains developing retailTECH solutions for dm, a large European drugstore chain operating in Germany, Austria, and Poland. The technology supports over 4,000 stores and an e-commerce platform serving millions of customers. The team designs, develops, and maintains digital experiences including loyalty solutions, integration systems, logistics systems, and employee tools across 14 European countries.

• Minimum 7 years programming experience in Java and/or Kotlin
• At least 2 years experience working with React
• Documented experience as a senior developer for a minimum of 2 years
• Proficiency in Polish (C1), German (B2/C1), and English (B2)
• Experience with cloud services such as GCP and deploying software in cloud environments
• Practical knowledge of AI tools supporting software development (e.g., GitHub Copilot, Claude, Cursor)
• Experience delivering high-quality software with Test Driven Development, Continuous Integration, and Continuous Delivery
• Ability to work effectively in agile environments
• Initiative and willingness to independently drive project tasks
• Commitment to continuous skill development and knowledge sharing
• Focus on security in IT solutions

Nice to have:

• Knowledge of Docker, Terraform, Kafka
• Experience collaborating with international teams

• Design, develop, and maintain software using Java, Kotlin, and React in a senior fullstack capacity
• Create automated tests and ensure high-quality standards for software solutions
• Deliver IT services according to best software development practices
