Wymagania
- 5+ years in technical delivery roles with 2+ years hands-on Data 360 / Data Cloud experience
- Salesforce Certified Data 360 Consultant credential
- Strong knowledge of data modeling, harmonization, and identity resolution
- Proficient in ETL/ELT, integration tools such as MuleSoft and Informatica, and SQL
- Experience with major external data platforms like Snowflake, Databricks, BigQuery, or Redshift
- Familiarity with Sales Cloud and/or Service Cloud implementations
- Excellent communication and facilitation skills
Nice to have:
- Agentforce Specialist certification or related delivery experience
- Familiar with AI data patterns like RAG, vector stores, and search indexing
- Background in Marketing Cloud and Personalization (MCP / Evergage) for journey and segmentation design
- Understanding of Salesforce platform fundamentals including Flows, LWC, and Apex
- Awareness of consumption-based licensing and credit usage optimization
- Industry experience in financial services, telecom, retail, or manufacturing
Obowiązki
- Design and document end-to-end Data 360 solutions including source mapping, data modeling, and identity resolution
- Define architectural strategies for ingestion, Zero Copy, batch versus real-time processing, and system integration
- Translate business requirements into technical deliverables via workshops and stakeholder engagement
- Apply governance, privacy, and consent frameworks throughout projects
- Support pre-sales by scoping, estimation, and technical presentations
- Mentor team members and develop reference architectures
