• Familiarity with Windows and Linux servers and file permissions.
• Understanding of migration testing approaches and defect tracking.

• Support server, infrastructure, or application migrations.
• Conduct file discovery, inventory, and mapping across source and target servers.
• Identify file ownership, dependencies, access requirements, and downstream impacts.
• Collaborate with application owners, infrastructure teams, and technical SMEs.
• Create current-state and target-state mappings.
• Perform data profiling, validation, and reconciliation.
• Utilize strong Excel skills for data handling and reporting.
• Define the migration testing approach, including test scenarios and acceptance criteria.
• Carry out pre- and post-migration testing for file-count, structure, permissions, and integrity checks.
• Track and resolve defects identified during migration processes.
• Manage migration planning, readiness, and post-migration validation.
• Ensure strong documentation, governance, and audit-trail adherence.
• Engage in confident stakeholder management to clarify accountability.
• Manage large volumes of detailed information across multiple applications and servers.
• Utilize familiarity with Windows/Linux servers and file permissions.
