• 5+ years of experience in backend engineering delivering production projects.
• Strong proficiency in Python, Django, and Django REST Framework, including REST API design.
• Experience designing complex domain models, validation logic, multi-tenant configurations, and permissions/object-level visibility.
• Ability to maintain backward compatibility in large, mature production codebases.
• Strong automated testing skills using pytest, factory_boy, or similar.
• Ability to work autonomously and contribute to technical design.
• English proficiency from intermediate level upwards.

Nice to have:

• Experience with React and TypeScript, especially for schema- or metadata-driven UIs and JSON Schema.
• Familiarity with optimistic concurrency and contract testing using fixtures.
• Experience in GRC, compliance, or RegTech domains.

• Develop and enhance a modular Governance, Risk and Compliance (GRC) SaaS platform with scalable, reliable compliance management capabilities.
• Design complex domain models, validation logic, multi-tenant configurations, and permissions/object-level visibility.
• Maintain backward compatibility while working with large, mature production codebases.
• Apply strong automated testing practices using pytest, factory_boy, or similar.
• Work autonomously and contribute to technical design.
