Wymagania

  • 7+ years of experience in program management, PMO, or methodology/standards roles within large-scale global transformation or shared services environments.
  • Proven track record of designing and implementing transition or program management methodologies, frameworks, and toolkits across multiple workstreams or business units.
  • Experience supporting a PMO function with responsibility for central reporting, governance frameworks, and cross-program tracking.
  • Experience in GBS/GCC or shared services transition environments, with understanding of KT frameworks, readiness assessments, and stage-gate governance models.
  • Deep expertise in program and project management methodologies and ability to create practical transition frameworks.
  • Strong ability to design and build program-level dashboards, governance reporting packs, and integrated tracking tools for complex multi-wave portfolios.
  • Proficiency in project management and collaboration tools and driving adoption of standardized tooling.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, capable of managing multiple priorities.
  • Strong influencing and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Clear and proactive communication skills with diverse global teams.
  • Results-oriented mindset with attention to delivery commitments and accountability.
  • Bachelor’s degree required.
  • Fluent in English.

Obowiązki

  • Support central program-level project management activities, including integrated transition plan maintenance, milestone tracking, dependency management, and issue/risk registers.
  • Coordinate cross-wave planning, identifying interdependencies and resource conflicts.
  • Design and maintain program-level transition tracking dashboards and reporting frameworks.
  • Consolidate status reports for governance forums, senior leadership, and external stakeholders.
  • Own and continuously improve the end-to-end GCM transition methodology.
  • Build and maintain standardized tools and trackers for tracking progress, milestones, dependencies, risks, and readiness.
  • Embed stage-gate governance criteria and readiness assessments consistently across teams.
  • Provide guidance, training, and coaching on transition methodology and tools to Transition Functional Leads, Wave Managers, and KT PMOs.
  • Maintain a central library of approved transition artefacts, templates, and reference materials.
  • Identify and close methodology gaps, refining tools and standards.
  • Capture and synthesize lessons learned from transitions and update methodology and toolkits.
  • Drive continuous improvement across the transition program by identifying efficiency opportunities and embedding learnings.
