Wymagania
- Higher education in a relevant field
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a technical leader or similar role
- Experience in embedded software development
- Knowledge of software architecture for automotive systems
- Familiarity with Automotive SPICE
- Knowledge of UML and Enterprise Architect
- Experience in task management and team coordination
- Very good knowledge of English language
- Willingness to work on-site in Mielec or Rzeszów
Nice to have:
- Knowledge of AUTOSAR
- Experience in direct client collaboration
- Experience in preparing estimations and project offers
- Communicative knowledge of German language
Obowiązki
- Responsible for software development in automotive electronics projects
- Planning and coordinating work of the programming team
- Supervising architecture, implementation, integration, and validation of software
- Ensuring development processes comply with client requirements and Automotive SPICE
- Identifying technical risks and taking actions to minimize their impact on the project
- Monitoring project goals regarding quality, costs, and deadlines
- Collaborating with clients and project stakeholders
- Participating in preparation of cost estimations and offers for new projects
