Fullstack Developer (Python/React)

• Minimum 4 years of experience in backend engineering with production project delivery.
• Strong full-stack experience with React, Django, Django REST Framework, and TypeScript.
• Experience with JSON Schema and config-driven UI patterns.
• Solid backend fundamentals including relational data modeling, REST API design, serializers, validation, and clean data contracts.
• Strong automated testing skills, particularly with pytest.
• Ability to understand and contribute to large, mature codebases.
• English proficiency level upper-intermediate or above.

Nice to have:

• Deep expertise in Django REST Framework with experience on multi-tenant SaaS platforms.
• Working knowledge of React and TypeScript to confidently navigate and contribute to frontend codebase.

• Extend the generic React/TypeScript interpreter and component catalogue to support new field types, layouts, and actions during module migration.
• Implement frontend support for the view-descriptor contract defined by the backend team.
• Gradually transition towards backend tasks as frontend modules migrate.
• Take on backend responsibilities on simpler modules under guidance.
• Collaborate closely with the Lead to align schema, actions, and permissions across backend/frontend boundaries.
