Wymagania
- Strong knowledge of administration, configuration, and maintenance of Windows Server.
- Good knowledge and ability to manage, configure, and troubleshoot MS SQL Server.
- Experience in creating and maintaining technical documentation such as Runbooks, Disaster Recovery Plans, and SOPs.
- Solid understanding of deployment processes including managing releases and implementing changes/patches in test and production environments.
- Familiarity with corporate IT procedures such as Change Management, Incident Management, or ServiceNow.
Obowiązki
- Provide day-to-day technical support and administration for Windows-based Pensions systems and related infrastructure.
- Support deployment of application releases, patches, and configuration changes across test and production environments.
- Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve Windows Server and MS SQL Server issues.
- Coordinate with relevant technical teams when required.
- Prepare and maintain technical documentation, including runbooks, SOPs, system procedures, and disaster recovery documentation.
- Support IT service management processes, including Incident and Change Management.
- Coordinate technical activities with Site Services and other support teams.
