• 5+ years in IT services management combining hands-on delivery with strategic client ownership.
• Fluent German (C1/C2), fluent English and Polish both written and spoken.
• Ability to switch between high-level P&L management and granular execution.
• Commercial & financial acumen across T&M, Fixed Price, and Managed Services engagement models.
• Awareness of modern technology and SDLC including cloud-native environments and AI-driven delivery tooling.
• Strong background in cross-functional collaboration partnering with Sales and Head-level leadership.
• Extreme ownership, accountability, analytical thinking, and confidence under pressure.
• Excellent stakeholder management bridging technical delivery teams and C-level business executives.

• Direct delivery & governance including hands-on management of key software projects, ensuring quality, scope control, and Agile best practices.
• Portfolio & P&L ownership managing financial health and profitability of assigned client portfolio.
• Build trust-based relationships with international clients and lead Quarterly Business Reviews.
• Partner with Sales on expansion plans, upsell/cross-sell, and late-stage deal pipelines.
• Introduce AI-assisted delivery practices, metrics, and automation to boost margins.
• Partner with Heads and executive leadership on overall business goals.
• Act as primary escalation point implementing swift risk mitigation.
• Coordinate engineering leads and cross-functional teams for delivery excellence.
