AI Platform Architect

Scalo delivers software projects and supports partners in business development. They operate in technology consulting, software development, embedded systems, cloud solutions, data management, and dedicated project teams.

• Minimum 8 years of IT experience
• Minimum 3 years as Tech Lead, Architect, or Technical Leader
• Experience designing and building AI/GenAI platforms
• Expert knowledge of Microsoft Azure
• Strong knowledge of Azure AI Foundry, Azure AI Search, and Azure Machine Learning
• Experience with Azure API Management and AKS
• Expert knowledge of Terraform and Infrastructure as Code
• Experience in DevOps, MLOps, Governance, Observability, and FinOps
• Practical knowledge of solutions based on LLM, RAG, and Agentic AI
• Communicative English language skills

Nice to have:

• Experience with Google Vertex AI, AWS Bedrock, Microsoft Copilot Studio
• Knowledge of MCP, Azure Content Safety, and AI Governance
• Experience in financial, banking, or insurance sectors
• Azure or CKA certifications

• Technical leadership of AI Platform development
• Designing and developing GenAI, RAG, and Agentic AI solutions
• Defining technological and architectural standards
• Building and developing practices for DevOps, MLOps, Observability, and FinOps
• Mentoring team members and participating in architectural reviews
• Collaborating with Cloud, Cybersecurity, and Architecture teams
• Providing services in a hybrid mode with weekly onsite meetings in Warsaw
