Senior Identity Infrastructure Engineer

Link Group is an international Engineering Services division operating across key European financial hubs, including Krakow, Paris, and Brussels, specializing in identity and access management (IAM) platforms for large-scale enterprise environments in the financial sector.

• Proven experience designing, supporting, and troubleshooting complex identity and authentication infrastructures in large enterprises.
• Deep expertise in Active Directory, forest trust architectures, and advanced troubleshooting.
• In-depth knowledge of authentication protocols including Kerberos, NTLM, SAML, OAuth, and PKI/certificate-based authentication.
• Hands-on experience managing Microsoft Azure Entra ID (formerly Azure AD) in cloud and hybrid identity contexts.
• Advanced PowerShell scripting skills for infrastructure automation and management.
• Solid understanding of Windows Server OS, virtualization, networking, and storage systems.

Nice to have:

• Experience managing RSA Authentication Manager / RSA SecurID ecosystems.
• Familiarity with the ITIL framework and Agile delivery practices using tools like ServiceNow.

• Oversee, configure, and maintain multi-forest and multi-domain Active Directory environments and LDAP services.
• Manage Active Directory Federation Services (ADFS) including claims, metadata, and token-based authentication for single sign-on (SSO).
• Support and enhance multi-factor authentication (MFA) solutions including Windows Hello for Business and RSA SecurID.
• Develop and review technical architecture designs and establish security baselines for authentication systems.
• Maintain comprehensive technical documentation.
• Automate routine administrative workflows and configuration deployments using PowerShell scripting.
• Participate in security assessments, vulnerability remediation, and internal/external IT audits for compliance.
