Tenarai is involved in migrating a platform that has been in production for over two decades from virtual machines to Google Kubernetes Engine (GKE). The platform supports runtime extensibility by users deploying their own plugins and domain extensions.
Wymagania
- Hands-on experience with GCP and Google Kubernetes Engine (GKE)
- Experience with Docker
- Experience with Terraform
- Experience with Ansible
- Experience with CI/CD tools, specifically Jenkins and GitHub Actions
- Programming skills in Python
- Knowledge of Core Java and Spring Boot, enough to read and work with application code
- 7+ years of commercial experience
- Working level English proficiency for collaboration with teams across Europe and India
Obowiązki
- Prepare application workloads to run on Google Kubernetes Engine (GKE)
- Build and maintain delivery pipelines supporting the workloads
- Solve migration challenges as real traffic moves to the new platform
- Redesign parts of the system to replace an in-house process scheduler being retired
