• Minimum 3 years of work experience with secondary education or minimum 1 year with higher education.

Nice to have:

• Technical education.
• Professional experience with computer hardware (PCs, laptops, printers, scanners).
• Practical knowledge of Windows operating systems administration and office software packages.
• Basic administration of Windows Server systems, especially Active Directory.
• Practical knowledge of basic network concepts such as DHCP and DNS.
• Familiarity with helpdesk/ticketing systems.
• SEP (Electrical Qualification) up to 1 kV (operation).
• Hobbyist or project experience with hardware/networks (e.g., building PCs, home network configuration).

Necessary requirements:

• Polish citizenship or citizenship of an EU member state or other states with employment rights in Poland based on international agreements or EU law.
• For non-Polish citizens, proficiency in Polish language certified by civil service documents.
• Good reputation.
• At least 3 years of overall work experience.

• Handling support requests through a dedicated ticketing platform and phone calls.
• Receiving and resolving reported problems.
• Instructing users in software and hardware operation.
• Repairing, upgrading, maintaining, and configuring hardware.
• Collaborating with other departments and higher-level support lines.

• Polish citizenship or citizenship of EU member state or other eligible states required.
• Non-Polish citizens must have certified Polish language proficiency.
• Good reputation required.
