IT Project Manager

We are ambiscale, a company that builds end-to-end web and e-commerce solutions, working with brands such as Żabka, Biedronka, Brand24, and OLX. Our projects span custom digital products, optimization, DevOps/FinOps, and long-term support and maintenance.

• At least 3 years of experience independently managing software projects for external clients.
• Experience in environments such as software houses, technology agencies, or companies managing multiple client projects concurrently.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and switch between clients, teams, and business contexts.
• Solid understanding of the software development lifecycle and comfort communicating with technical teams about estimates, dependencies, and risks.
• Business mindset with understanding of margin, profitability, and financial impact of scope creep and project decisions.
• Confidence in decision-making and accountability.
• Ability to build strong client relationships while maintaining assertiveness.
• Practical experience using AI to improve daily work and openness to adopting new workflow improvements.
• Very good command of Polish and English.
• Availability to work from the Wrocław office 4 days a week.

• Independently manage several IT projects from discovery and planning through development, launch, and growth.
• Take responsibility for scope, priorities, timelines, budget, and profitability.
• Work closely with Developers, Designers, QA, and DevOps to remove blockers and maintain project pace.
• React proactively to delays, scope changes, or budget drifts.
• Communicate assertively and clearly with clients, setting boundaries and negotiating impact on timelines and budgets.
• Identify client needs that may lead to project growth or further collaboration.
• Collaborate with the Delivery Manager, Tech Lead, and Sales team on project planning and delivery.
• Utilize AI and automation for documentation, reporting, meeting preparation, ticket management, and other workflows.

Candidates must be ready to work from the Wrocław office four days per week.
