Product Support Accounting Analyst (Fund Accounting)

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Experience in investment management, fund accounting, financial services, or a related industry (3–7 years preferred).
• Basic SQL is preferred but not required.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to manage complex issues.
• Previous system testing experience is nice to have.
• Demonstrated ability to perform effectively in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills with a client-focused mindset.

• Provide expert support for financial software to external clients and internal teams, ensuring service levels and client expectations are consistently met.
• Develop a deep understanding of client operations, business processes, and operational workflows to effectively diagnose and resolve issues.
• Act as a subject matter expert in accounting module in the software, performing advanced troubleshooting and issue analysis.
• Conduct root cause analysis and drive problem management activities to prevent recurring issues.
• Collaborate with global Product Support teams to deliver seamless support across regions and time zones.
• Support critical incident management processes and contribute to service restoration efforts.
• Deliver knowledge transfer sessions and create documentation to improve client and team expertise.
