Senior Software Quality & SRE Lead

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Software Quality & SRE Lead for one of our clients, a globally recognized financial enterprise. This leadership role is central to a new cybersecurity transformation project.

• 5+ years of experience in software engineering, enterprise application development, and platform reliability.
• Hands-on experience designing and implementing advanced test automation frameworks and strategies.
• Proven track record in Site Reliability Engineering, production operations, and system performance management.
• Strong experience with CI/CD pipelines, release automation, and observability/monitoring tools.
• Excellent analytical and troubleshooting skills with the ability to mentor engineering teams and collaborate across infrastructure and security units.

• Design, develop, and implement robust automated testing frameworks to improve software quality and release velocity.
• Apply Site Reliability Engineering principles to establish and monitor SLIs, SLOs, and error budgets.
• Champion observability through advanced monitoring, logging, and alerting.
• Drive end-to-end SDLC processes from requirements analysis through deployment and production support.
• Design and maintain efficient CI/CD pipelines supporting continuous integration and automated testing.
• Lead root cause analysis, incident management, and post-incident reviews to improve operational resiliency.
