Senior Software & DevSecOps Engineer (Go/Java)

The position is for an experienced engineer embedded within a new cybersecurity initiative at a globally recognized financial enterprise. The focus is on building a dedicated platform for threat modeling, vulnerability management, and supply chain security in a global banking ecosystem.

• Minimum 5 years of hands-on enterprise software engineering experience with strong proficiency in Go and Java.
• Deep understanding of distributed systems, microservices, APIs, and modern software design patterns.
• Extensive experience building and managing CI/CD pipelines using tools like GitHub Actions, GitLab, and Jenkins.
• Practical knowledge implementing DevSecOps tools.
• Strong knowledge of SDLC practices, secure coding, and supply chain security concepts including SBOM and vulnerability management.
• Familiarity with containerization technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes.
• Experience with major cloud platforms including AWS, Azure, or GCP.

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable, cloud-native enterprise solutions using Go and Java with high security standards.
• Implement and manage security controls for software dependencies and deployment, promoting Software Bill of Materials (SBOM) and artifact integrity controls.
• Design and optimize CI/CD pipelines with embedded automated security testing (code scanning, dependency analysis).
• Champion Secure Development Lifecycle (SDLC) practices and conduct security design reviews.
• Collaborate with cybersecurity teams to mitigate vulnerabilities in open-source components.
• Lead code reviews and contribute to distributed system design.
• Promote Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC) best practices within engineering teams.
