AI Platform Tech Lead

The role is within the insurance industry focusing on the development of an AI Platform. The position involves collaboration with cross-functional teams such as Cloud, Cybersecurity, Governance, Integration, and Architecture. The work location is hybrid, based in Warsaw, Poland.

• Minimum 8 years of IT experience.
• Minimum 3 years in a Tech Lead, Architect, or Technical Leader role.
• Experience designing AI platforms for large organizations.
• Expert knowledge of Microsoft Azure.
• Experience designing and building AI and GenAI platforms.
• Strong knowledge of Azure AI Foundry and Azure AI Search.
• Experience with Azure AI Foundry Agent Service, Azure Machine Learning, and Azure API Management.
• Knowledge of Terraform and Infrastructure as Code.
• Experience building platform standards and DevOps/MLOps processes.
• Strong knowledge of Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS) and container environments.
• Experience defining security, Observability, Governance, and FinOps standards.
• Experience conducting architectural reviews and cross-team agreements.
• Experience building solutions using LLM, RAG, and AI agents.
• Communicative English language skills.

• Experience with Google Vertex AI.
• Experience with AWS Bedrock.
• Experience with Microsoft Copilot Studio.
• Knowledge of Agentic AI.
• Knowledge of Model Context Protocol (MCP).
• Knowledge of Azure Content Safety.
• Familiarity with AI Governance, DORA, RODO, AI Act.
• Experience in financial, banking, or insurance sectors.
• Certifications such as Azure Solutions Architect Expert, Azure AI Engineer Associate, Certified Kubernetes Administrator (CKA).

• Technically lead the development of the AI Platform.
• Collaborate with the Product Owner and AI Platform Architect.
• Define technological, architectural, and operational standards.
• Support and mentor the AI Platform engineering team.
• Conduct technical agreements and architectural reviews.
• Design and develop solutions for GenAI, RAG, and Agentic AI.
• Build practices for DevOps, MLOps, Observability, and FinOps.
• Support initiatives moving from PoC to production.
• Collaborate with Cloud, Cybersecurity, Governance, Integration, and Architecture teams.
