• Some project management experience - up to 2 years
• Knowledge of Excel, Jira, and Confluence
• Ability to work on multiple customers and tasks with high volume
• Effective communication with all levels of stakeholders

• Lead delivery of implementation, upgrade, and enhancement projects, ensuring compliance with standards, timely completion, and high customer satisfaction.
• Build and maintain trusted long-term relationships with client stakeholders within strategic account environments.
• Oversee all project management processes, including planning, scheduling, resource management, and progress reporting.
• Manage project financials, including budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and invoicing coordination.
• Proactively identify, assess, and mitigate risks and issues; escalate when necessary to ensure smooth project delivery.
• Track and control project scope and manage change requests, ensuring impacts on timelines and budget are clearly communicated and agreed upon.
• Communicate effectively across multicultural and distributed EMEA teams.
• Promote continuous improvement and lessons learned within project delivery.
• Collaborate closely with technical delivery teams and internal stakeholders.
• Ensure adherence to data privacy, security, and compliance requirements, including GDPR.
• Maintain clear project documentation for knowledge transfer and audit purposes.
• Work independently with minimal supervision and take accountability for project outcomes.
