Technical Consultant (Polarion ALM)

• 5+ years of hands-on experience with Siemens Polarion ALM including administration, configuration, customization, and troubleshooting
• Experience with server administration on Linux and/or Windows
• Experience with database management such as PostgreSQL, SQL Server or similar
• Experience with LDAP/Active Directory integrations
• Ability to manage backup, recovery, and system maintenance for enterprise applications
• Strong problem-solving skills and excellent communication with technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Experience in enterprise ALM/PLM environments, knowledge of integrations with Jira, Azure DevOps, or SAP is advantageous
• Exposure to scripting, automation, or AI/GenAI tooling is a plus

• Administer, configure, and maintain Siemens Polarion ALM environments, including version upgrades, patch deployments, and migrations across development, test, and production systems
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex application, server, and infrastructure issues to ensure availability, stability, and security
• Manage underlying Polarion infrastructure including application servers, databases, and system integrations
• Collaborate with customer stakeholders to understand technical requirements and support integrations with third-party and enterprise tools
• Produce technical documentation and provide knowledge transfer and operational support to customer teams
