Game Producer (R&D)

We are Joyteractive, a leading mobile game developer and publisher specializing in puzzle games. Our flagship game, Cryptogram: Word Brain Puzzle, ranks among the top word puzzle games in the US. The team consists of over 50 professionals focused on puzzle and casual mobile games.

• Solid and successful experience in mobile gamedev as a Senior/Lead Game Designer, Producer, or Product Manager; casual/puzzle game development is a plus
• Solid knowledge of mobile game trends and features
• Solid knowledge of game and product design
• Strong analytical skills
• Exceptional organizational and work structuring skills
• Ability to analyze the market
• Knowledge of monetization trends
• English proficiency at B1 level or higher
• Fluent in Russian

• Supervise one of the areas of product development
• Conduct market research
• Analyze product metrics
• Formulate product hypotheses based on analysis and implement them with the team
• Develop and own the product roadmap from a product perspective
