Wymagania
- Completed studies in (business) informatics or a comparable qualification.
- Very good knowledge of the configuration of VIM (Invoice Capture Center (ICC/BCC), Open Text Archive Server and Enterprise scan tool) and electronic invoicing processes.
- Knowledge of the SAP FI module (FI-AP, FI-AR, FI-AA).
- 3-6 years of consulting experience.
- Extensive knowledge of business processes related to SAP VIM.
- Very good written and spoken English skills; German is an additional plus.
- ABAP skills are a plus.
Obowiązki
- Manage and support SAP VIM, ensuring smooth invoice processing and system functionality.
- Customize VIM processes to meet business needs, lead testing, troubleshooting, and optimization.
- Perform troubleshooting on VIM interfaces, workflows, and configurations to address errors and disruptions.
- Support root cause analysis and implement corrective actions for ongoing system stability.
- Document technical processes and use cases for team knowledge sharing.
- Monitor system performance, conduct root cause analysis, and drive continuous improvements.
- Provide user support and training and recommend system enhancements for operational efficiency.
