Develocraft builds underlying financial intelligence systems powering leading global banks, serving over 100 million active users across more than 30 countries.

• Proven experience managing IT administration, access management, and cloud environments, primarily Azure and Microsoft stack.
• Active use and understanding of AI tools such as Claude and Cursor for building effective automations.
• Pragmatic and solution-oriented approach, taking ownership and balancing architectural trade-offs.
• Strong communication skills to translate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and discuss strategic goals with executives.

• Partner with cross-functional executives to identify operational bottlenecks and implement practical AI automations for non-technical teams.
• Oversee core IT infrastructure, device management, identity & access control (IAM), and software licensing within a modern cloud ecosystem.
• Lead and mentor a small engineering team while actively engaging in scripting, tooling, and solving technical challenges.
• Act as the technical anchor for security frameworks and audit processes (e.g., ISO 27001), ensuring data protection without hindering business momentum.
