IT Factory is recruiting for a hybrid role based in Warsaw, joining a large transformation program for a client in the insurance industry focused on claims and benefits data.

• Good knowledge of SQL enabling independent data analysis
• Minimum 2 years of experience in business or system analysis in data, data warehouse, or BI areas
• Ability to work with large data volumes
• Experience preparing analytical documentation and requirements specifications
• Experience preparing scenarios and test cases
• Analytical thinking and ability to model business processes
• Ability to directly cooperate with business users

Nice to have:

• Knowledge of the insurance industry, especially claims, benefits, or policy systems processes
• Knowledge of SAS (Enterprise Guide, 4GL, macros)
• Experience in data warehouse projects, data migration or data architecture rebuilds

• Analyze business requirements and business processes
• Develop analysis, functional specifications, and project documentation
• Collaborate with business users to define requirements for data and reporting solutions
• Analyze large volumes of data for projects and testing
• Prepare scenarios, cases, and test results
• Cooperate with programming teams during design and implementation of solutions
• Participate in development projects and the transformation of data and reporting environments
