Product Delivery Manager

• At least 3 years of experience as a Product Manager, Product Owner, Product Delivery Manager, Business Analyst, or similar role in a technology environment.
• Experience working with complex systems, configurations, business rules, and dependencies.
• Advantageous experience in regulatory, compliance, or requirements-driven environments.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to break down complex problems.
• Good understanding of technical systems and integrations including APIs, databases, and service layers.
• Ability to translate business and regulatory needs into clear functional requirements for technical teams.

• Defining and shaping scope for initiatives by breaking down complex requirements into actionable work.
• Planning and coordinating delivery across multiple concurrent initiatives, balancing priorities, dependencies, capacity, and business needs.
• Collaborating with Compliance, Product, Technical Operations, and other internal stakeholders to understand requirements, clarify expectations, and identify dependencies and risks.
• Translating regulatory and compliance requirements into functional and technical requirements understandable by the development team.

• Creating and maintaining the product backlog reflecting functional, regulatory, compliance, and technical needs.
