Senior UX/UI Designer

We are a growing team working in Poland, focused on enterprise commerce challenges and building scalable design systems. The company offers the possibility to work from a modern office in Gliwice or remotely within Poland, with at least monthly office visits.

• 3+ years of hands-on experience as a UI/UX Designer, preferably in enterprise SaaS, B2B cloud, or software environments.
• Academic degree or certificate in Design, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), Computer Science, or equivalent experience.
• Proficiency with modern design and prototyping tools, especially Figma.
• Experience creating or expanding structured UI design systems.
• Strong understanding of user-centered design principles, logical UI patterns, responsive layouts, visual transitions, and data-informed research methods.
• Excellent presentation and storytelling skills to communicate design concepts clearly to technical teams, product managers, and leadership.
• Dynamic team player with a startup mindset, high attention to detail, and pragmatic problem-solving approach.
• Excellent communication skills in English at minimum B2/C1 level.

Nice to have:

• Understanding of B2B digital commerce workflows or enterprise cloud products.
• Basic awareness of modern web technologies such as HTML, CSS, and React to enhance collaboration with developers.

• Collaborate with Product Managers and engineers on UX research, including market research, contextual inquiries, and user feedback synthesis.
• Produce end-to-end UI/UX design deliverables such as wireframes, user flows, storyboards, site maps, interactive prototypes, and graphical UI elements.
• Contribute to and work from an existing design system and UI pattern library for consistency.
• Identify and troubleshoot complex UX friction points and iteratively refine interfaces based on user data and technical feedback.
• Partner with software developers to ensure design intent is understood and executed effectively during implementation.
